The genesis
Yupwego was born in late 2018 from the meeting of a passion for travel and a strong conviction:
it was time to rethink travel insurance.
After several successful professional experiences, the founders decided to embark on a new adventure, with a clear ambition: to create a useful, human and meaningful project.
Traveling the world themselves, they quickly realized a simple fact:
the majority of travelers are not properly insured when they go abroad.
Ill-adapted coverage, misunderstood guarantees and, ultimately, often inadequate security.
Faced with this reality, they decided to create Yupwego.
A solution designed to provide simple, flexible digital travel insurance, focused on the real needs of travelers.
